Morning Wishes
I hope you opened your eyes softly today. Like the feeling of puppy ears between your fingers. I hope that you moved like the ocean current, unhurried and with true ease, as you readied yourself for the day. I hope that you were met by songbirds as your mind quieted and the outer you began to sing morning melodies. I hope you moved gracefully through your dance of the morning- letting each foot be massaged by the earth as you set yourself in motion for your tasks today. I hope you breathed deep and let the full pure beauty of trees, mountains, and ocean imbue your lungs with love. I hope that your nose met with flowers today. I hope in their intertwining you were told secrets of the fragrance of beauty. Of color. Of life.
I hope you’re feeling loved and supported by the universe. I hope you’re feeling at home within your body and within your world. I hope you’re feeling worthy, and welcomed, and wanted. I hope you’re feeling cherished, and celebrated, and childlike! I hope the universe fascinates you today and that you know everything is perfect and miraculous! I hope you honor yourself. I hope you rest. I hope you love and smile and dance and sing!
I hope you twirl like cotton wood leaves in the spring morning. I hope that you dazzle yourself and others like the grand finale for fireworks on forth of July. I hope you move with kindness and compassion like the full moon over the ocean.
I hope you continue to expand further into love, compassion, kindness, creativity, confidence, acceptance, and peace.
I hope you embody your success and purpose today with a dancing elegant ease- knowing that everything in the universe is supporting your highest mission.
I hope you dissolve. I hope you dissolve fully- into each moment. I hope you do not compromise your heart, but instead let it lead you into this wonderful world.
I hope you release all those parts of you that still cling and linger to old models and ways of navigating life. Anything that is added undue weight upon you, I hope you leave behind. Knowing that you become more sensitive, supple, soft, and receptive to love without them.
I hope you enjoy your wings. 🪽 those effortless beautiful wings that let you glide from one wondrous interaction to another. Those wings that come from knowing true love and connection with yourself and the world around you.

Think: Bring me opportunities, abundance, love, purpose. Confidence. Truth. Let me go ~ let go of the me. This is a circle without fear of feelings of inferiority and superiority.
See that we are all joined together in the great miracle of existence.
Life has been given to you to create, and to rejoice, and to celebrate. When you celebrate, the whole existence participates with you. Within celebration we get to go beyond the circle of birth and death.
Notice that ordinary existance is you, so celebrate the ordinary! Know that whatever you are experiencing is exactly what you are supposed to be experiencing. Whatever brought you to this point was exactly what was supposed to bring you here and it happed just as it was supposed to happen. Whatever the outcome, is exactly the outcome as it is supposed to be.
Falling in love with the ordinaryness of life is the easiest way to allow yourself freedom now. Realizing that everything in-of-itself is an absolute miracle. We can so easily take this beautiful world for granted. But see that cleaning the house, tending the garden, cooking a meal- the most mundane tasks take on a sacred quality when they are performed with your total involvement, with love, and for their own sake, without thought of recognition or reward.
The special gift you have to offer now is presented best by just taking things easily and simply, one step at a time. One dance move at a time. One swing of the hips and twirl of the body. What a beautiful existence and life we get to participate in!
In terms of changing/transforming, Alan Watts once said, "you are under no obligation to anyone, including yourself, to be the same person you were five minutes ago." That includes the way that you see the world. That includes the way you interact with the world. That includes the emotions, states, and traits you had just been in. You can laugh, sing, dance right now if you wanted to. Why not? Are you doing something more important?

Breaking with the Mind, to join the harmony of the Heart.
The Master dances to the silent music of his own beauty in tandem with the world. Just as the leaves dance with their own beauty upon the tree, so does the enlightened man. Knowing that he dances, the world shakes, and the internal heart-fire blazes without smoke.
The Master turns into the Fool- twirling, spinning, laughing, and trusting. The Fool turns into the Master- radiating wisdom, compassion, beauty, and love. By listening outward one learns more about themselves. When learning more about oneself humans find themselves inseparable from their environment, knowing themselves only through their interactions with love. When listening inward one learns more about the workings of the world, understanding their harmony in the natural rhythm of the cosmic dance.
Being delighted in oneself brings out the best in the world. Considering the world as a larger extension of one’s love allows us to participate with utmost beauty and happiness. Without judgement of others, as “others” are just extensions of your own heart and without judgement of oneself, you are able to fully love all of experience.
Therefore, carry nothing more than your purity, innocence, and trust. Be completely in harmony with all that surrounds you. Trusting your intuition, not analyzing with the rational mind. Breaking free from all constraints as if they were a gnat's wings.
Go on trusting. Don't try to create a wall of knowledge around you. Whatsoever experience comes to you, let it happen, and then go on dropping it. Know that what is really yours cannot be taken from you. Allow the crystal soul of yours to shine in direct sunlight.

Go and dance, sing, and laugh with/from that infiniteness within your own chest.
Know that you are not a master over others, but a master over yourself. Your every gesture and word reflects that state. No one is controlling you, except for you. Let your eyes shine their own truth- let your songs inspire others- let your light guide you and inspire others to shine unfathomably bright.
Enjoy intrinsic awareness. Separate your consciousness from your mind. Act only on that which makes you more joyous, fulfills you, gives you contentment, and makes your life a work of art- true beauty!
Allow your awareness-flame to burn any trace of mind-slavery. Take part in your own bliss, freedom, and realize that you are the master of your own destiny.

The Master-Fool Human
Have and grow all the confidence to have infinite trust and love in yourself and in your life.
Create art, create beauty, create yourself in the image your Heart truly desires. Celebrate and allow laughter to come easily to and through you. Dance in the rain, dance to your own love, hold nothing back from the world or from yourself.
In this way, you can become receptive to your Heart's true vision and then can become that Heart manifested in physical form- you! What could be more beautiful? In this way, you will not be wearing your heart on your sleeve, but instead embodying it entirely.
Then no matter what you do, no matter where you go, no matter what comes your way, you will be a full Heart-center for humanity.
Love will flow through you, and to you. You will be sweetness incarnate. True life being lived through your skin, through your breath.

Disciplined Leadership
When one is disconnected from intuition, one needs: isolation and silence.
In silence Every~Thing is fertile. Intuition grows. Thoughts and emotions pass.
With this, the easily influenced portions relax into unbiased observation and participation.
Without old emotions, as they’ve completely passed through, there is: confidence, determination, and compassion.
