For the past two years, I have been living fully within my heart and intuition. I’ve traveled 30,000 miles, lived in foreign countries, written ten books, and poured my soul into over 100 Substack essays. I have been a finalist for Poet Laureate, hosted tea ceremonies, sung my way onto an airplane for free passage, walked barefoot through deserts and jungles — sharing moon~dripped silences with old souls and poets.

Some call me a mystic; some call me a fool. In short: I am living. Truly living. And I have done my best to track each sunrise and changing diaphanous color so that I might offer true sweet nourishment back into the world.

No one shares empty bowls with their friends.
